Who processes your data

What data I collect
Through the contact form: your name, email address and message.
When you join the newsletter: your email address.
When you buy: your name, email address, phone and the ceremony address where needed, and what you bought and the amount. I do not see or store bank account or card details. The payment provider processes those.
In the learning platform: your account email, name and course progress.
What I use it for
To answer your enquiry, to fulfil your order and give you access to a course, to meet accounting obligations, and to send the newsletter if you have joined it. You can leave the newsletter at any time through the link at the end of every email.
Who receives the data
I use service providers that process data on my behalf: Framer (website and contact form), Podia (learning platform), Mailchimp (newsletter), Montonio Finance UAB and PayPal (payments). Some of them are based in the United States, and data is transferred under safeguards approved by the European Commission. I do not sell your data or pass it on for marketing.
How long I keep it
Accounting documents for seven years, as the law requires. Your learning platform account for as long as you want access to the course. Correspondence for up to two years. Your newsletter address until you unsubscribe.
Cookies
The website uses only the cookies needed for it to work and anonymous visit statistics. It uses no advertising cookies.
Your rights
You have the right to see your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict its processing and receive a copy of it. Write to merike.taza@gmail.com. I reply within one month. If you believe your rights have been violated, you may contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate, aki.ee.
